The website located at kigen.design (the “Site”) is a copyrighted work belonging to Overlayz Studio LLP (“Company”, “us”, “our”, and “we”), a studio founded by Vijay Verma. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By using the Kigen Design System and/or the Kigen Figma Plugin (collectively referred to as "Kigen"), you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you purchase or access the product.

All legal matters are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Haryana.

Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, including their intellectual property, original content, features, and functionality, are exclusively owned by Overlayz Studio LLP. These products are protected by copyright, trademark, and various laws in India and other countries.

You may not use our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from Overlayz Studio LLP (contact us at hi@overlayz.studio).

The licensor has the right to terminate the license at any time, without conditions or prerequisites. This termination policy allows the licensor to control the distribution and use of the product license.

By selecting any Kigen license, users gain access to the respective Kigen products (including the Design System and/or Plugin), which vary based on the license type, while acknowledging the licensor’s right to terminate at any time. These rights ensure flexibility and help manage unexpected situations.

Disclaimer

Overlayz Studio LLP does not guarantee that its products will meet your requirements 100% or operate without interruption or errors.

All warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including those related to profit loss, data loss or corruption, business interruptions, or contract losses) are excluded and disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

Links to Other Websites

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Overlayz Studio LLP (e.g., Figma, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy).

Overlayz Studio LLP has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not endorse the offerings of any of these entities.

You acknowledge that Overlayz Studio LLP will not be responsible for any damages or losses, directly or indirectly, caused by or related to the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on any third-party websites or services.

Responsibilities

Overlayz Studio LLP is not responsible for how users utilize the Kigen Design System or Kigen Plugin, nor for any user-generated content created using these tools.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you encounter any serious technical issues with the Kigen files or plugin that prevent usage, please contact us at hi@overlayz.studio within 15 days for a full refund.

Important Note: We cannot issue a refund if you change your mind after purchasing, choose not to use the product, or are unfamiliar with specific Figma features or functionality.

Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You acknowledge that using the products/services does not create any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Overlayz Studio LLP or Vijay Verma.

You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Overlayz Studio LLP. Additionally, you acknowledge that Overlayz Studio LLP products and services are not liable for any actions or omissions by you.
